A message from the Overbrook Farms Club concerning COVID19

What makes Overbrook Farms so wonderful is its people, and we are so grateful to everyone’s efforts to maintain a healthy community.  In this spirit, we hope to continue to connect our community in beneficial ways. We are well aware of the need for social distancing, and want to respect the validity and importance of adhering to expert recommendations.  

In light of this, we realize that many people may be struggling (maybe you!) and that others may be unaware. So we wanted to share some local resources.

The Philadelphia Inquirer has put together a comprehensive list of resources that you can call upon or add to.

Here is a list of additional resources within our neighborhood you may want to use or to support:

1. Food and Prescription Delivery Options

2.  The List Serve

The list serve is full of enthusiastic volunteers that have offered to run errands for higher risk or ill people.

Nextdoor is an app you can download that connects you with maps to your neighbors and another great way to see who may need help or may be of service.
